Guests can arrive and park in designated parking to make their way towards an open air front porch with outdoor dining for six, and an additional seating area with rockers and a bench swing- a prime arena to sip on morning coffee or an evening nightcap, while overlooking beautiful oak trees that surround the space! This porch overlooks Robert's Walk, covered by a tree canopy and sandy foot paths, a lovely place to escape and unwind after a fun-filled day at the beach. Additionally, a gas grill can be found nearby the entry stairs. Step inside this tastefully decorated, modern, yet coastal cottage to find yourself in a combined living floor plan, complete with a renovated kitchen, central living room space and a built in dining area! These bedrooms share a full bath with a single vanity and a tub/shower combination, and there is an additional door, providing access to an outdoor, enclosed shower. A ships ladder sits in the living space, providing access to a bonus, library/bedroom loft area, featuring a twin day bed to host an additional guest!
