Hidden Gem in Downtown Tacoma.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for everyone. This townhouse is located in the Downtown District of Tacoma. Walking distance to UW Tacoma and the light rail. Close to the Museum of Glass, The Rialto Theatre and 2 major Hospitals, The Tacoma Dome
The home is attached to the rear of another house with its own private entrance that's accessed in a brightly lit alley. Parking is available near the entrance. The home is 3 years old, with top of line appliances and natural light.
2 Bedrooms with 1 attached master bathroom . The couch is comfortable for 1 to sleep. Guest bathroom is located in the hallway. Open floor plan with kitchen and living room and plenty of Natural Light. There are several stairs you must climb once you are inside the home with a grand foyer and skylight.

Smart TV's in each bedroom.
