Summary:
Location, Location, Location! Welcome to Trout Brook Trail 4, a classic New England duplex in the heart of the center. A couple minute walk to Blue Back square and the Delamar hotel, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. This apartment gets professionally cleaned after each guest and was recently refreshed in 2024 (all new mattresses, pillows, sheets, towels, interior paint.)

First floor apartment

Guest Access:
You will have access to the first-floor apartment (left side entrance). Washer and dryer are in the basement.

Blue Back Square & West Hartford Center

Getting Around:
Everything is in 5 -10 min walking distance or a 5 min drive.

Other Things to Note:
On a main road, due to Police station on the same street, sirens do go by the house at anytime. You are allowed to park 2 cars in the driveway (right side) it's a shared driveway. No overnight off-street parking is allowed, or you will get a ticket. Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm street parking is allowed.
