I am from Montana and absolutely love spending winter months in The Grand. This was our first home in Az and we decided to keep it for others to enjoy when we bought a different house. The location is close to all the amenities The Grand has to offer!
Why they chose this property
I love living in The Grand. I feel completely safe at all times, even walking my dog by myself after dark! The people are from everywhere and so friendly. Like minded would describe it best. There is so much to do all the time!
What makes this property unique
Enjoy the beautiful landscaping, covered patio and clean home! New carpet in the bedrooms, new sofa, loveseat and recliner. The beds are uber comfy and clean.
