All kitchen essentials and bed and bath linens provided. Outside seating with stunning views of rock formations and Beal's Pond. Barbecue grill, spacious yard!. On site parking for one car. When you're ready to take on the world, it's just three minutes to Robinson's Wharf, offering a great bar and amazing seafood. It's five minutes to downtown Boothbay Harbor and the world class Botanical Gardens. One mile to Southport General Store, and close to Hendrick's Hill Beach and hiking trails. Great restaurants, bars and shops within a stone's throw. Ocean everywhere! Smart TV. WI-FI. Wow!

We've been vacationing in Maine for 50+ years. After our oldest daughter's wedding in Boothbay, we bought and refurbished a home in East Boothbay. Last summer, we found this cottage on Southport Island and fell in love. One of our joys is bringing a home back to its original glory, and The Landing and The Ticket Office are now ready for you to start building your own family memories.
Why they chose this property
Landing Road offers the best of both worlds: quiet and privacy, but just minutes from the businesses and happenings downtown. Site of the steamboat landing in the 1900s, the street is surrounded by Townsend Gut and amazing boating traffic and views.
