This residence provides a quiet and peaceful living experience within a 5-minute walk from the EL PASEO shopping district. With its spacious double-car garage featuring built-in cabinets, a private entrance enveloped by greenery and year-round blooming flowers. The Mid-Century entrance leads to a generous living room boasting high ceilings. The atrium positioned in the heart of the residence maximizes the influx of natural light.

The newly painted spacious white kitchen boasts beautiful cabinets with pull-outs, granite counters, and a bar table, all while offering views of the pool and mountains.

This residence features a large master bedroom and two cozy bedrooms. Two Bathrooms have recently undergone modern renovations. The guest bathroom has a freestanding bath and the master bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. All three bedrooms and living room have upgraded ceiling fans with lights and the home has tiled flooring throughout. In the hallway, there are large cabinets with pull-out features installed. The laundry room has a sink and includes a front loaded washer and dryer and a lot of cabinets. The original artwork valued at $100,000 is included in the listed lease price.
