Mann Performing Arts Hall, Edison & Ford Winter Estates, and Bowditch Point Park.
Upon entering this coastal charmer, you will be welcomed by a bright and airy open floor plan with tiled floors. The living area is equipped with numerous sofas and a large smart TV with streaming services, providing an excellent spot to unwind and catch up on your favorite shows and movies. The well-appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker is perfect for preparing exquisite homemade meals and treats for the crew. Attached to the kitchen is the designated laundry room, complete with a washer/dryer and a sink. There are two dining areas located on opposite sides of the kitchen, along with a breakfast bar that offers additional seating.
The living area seamlessly opens onto an enclosed lanai, where you can spend endless hours relaxing and sunbathing. The highlight of the space is the heated outdoor pool with a basketball hoop. Cornhole and pickleball extend the outdoor fun. The covered patio boasts a comfortable lounge area with a smart TV overlooking the pool. Sleeping arrangements include a main bedroom with a smart TV, access to the enclosed lanai, and an en suite bath.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
