Are you ready to escape from the everyday hustle and bustle? Well, you are in luck because Emotional Rescue is ready to save you! This downstairs duplex unit has recently been renovated to offer its guests only the best in beach comfort. While taking in the best view of Topsail Beach enjoy the all-new modern amenities of this great unit. Once you stay here you won't need to be rescued from the real world anymore.

Emotional Rescue Down offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bed sizes include a Queen, 2 Twins, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa.

This property is the lower level of the duplex. Guests do not have access to the top floor unit OR top floor deck

➤This property is pet-friendly! A non-refundable fee will apply per pet. Limit of 2 pets per reservation. (100lb limit)

➤No Smoking is allowed inside this property.

➤Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

➤A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required year-round.

Beautiful spot, needs a few fixes.
The location on the beach is fantastic. Overall, the house is pretty comfortable with a few exceptions. The big one is that the mattresses are worn out, especially in the master bedroom. The beds get a 1 star and if they are not replaced, is a deal breaker for us to stay again. The grill is old, rusted, and didn’t work. We had two very stormy days and so we figured we’d watch TV. They are older and not smart TV’s. No streaming services and you can’t even connect your tablet unless you drive to another city to buy an adaptor. TV’s aren’t that expensive and should be updated to make stormy days more enjoyable. The gas stove worked great and we cooked a lot of meals. The pots and pans are sort of shabby, but I was able to get the job done with what we had. There are no beach chairs. The leasing company wants you to rent them from them. In Hawaii and California beach chairs would just be there for your use. I felt like this was nickel and diming us. It’s like going to get a burger and they charge you extra for ketchup to dip your fries in. Overall, it’s a beautiful spot right on the terrific part of the ocean. If you are going to spend most of your time on the beach, then you can probably overlook most of the above complaints. But it would be better if these things were addressed and updated.

Family Vacation
Loved the property my only concern was how close to main road it was and crossing the road was a little sketchy as the foliage in the front is very high and makes seeing cars and them seeing you hard. That was the same with pulling cars in and out. I am glad I did not have small children, front door should have a lock up top to such as a hook and eye just to keep kids from getting out and hit by a vehicle.
