Located just 20 minutes from Sarasota Airport & 15 minutes from some of the country's best beaches on Anna Maria Island, you'll also be close to the charming downtowns of Bradenton, Sarasota & St Pete, sports academy IMG, kayak/canoe waterways & hiking paths at beautiful nature & wildlife preserves.

Kindly be aware that the bungalow is situated at an intersection with traffic. While the traffic noise is not audible within the house, it is noticeable from the porch, yard, and deck.

Located in western Bradenton, a residential neighborhood with a mix of historic and newer homes, this area is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, parks, and community events. Residents and visitors alike enjoy the convenience of being a 5-minute drive from downtown, where quaint boutiques and art galleries line the streets. These short and mid-term rentals are designed to be your comfortable and stylish home-away-from-home.

Unlike hotels and 'professional host Airbnbs,' our spaces offer more character and charm, and we take pride in providing a personalized and special experience. We are always ready to answer your questions and ensure a 5-star stay. We strive to offer you more than just a place to stay; we want our rentals to be your canvas for creating new memories.

We live in Brooklyn, NY, but are available via messaging or by phone. We also have a local property manager who can help if needed.

HOUSE RULES
* Check in after 4:00 pm; check out before 11:00 am. Sometimes we can offer early check-in and/or late check-out. Inquire if you are interested.

* Please take off your outdoor shoes at the door as it will keep the house much cleaner (and it's a Swedish custom - your hosts are Swedes). Please note that our cleaners will be able to tell if shoes have been worn inside and in these cases we will use the deposit/file a claim to cover the additional cleaning costs.

* No parties or events

* Two well-behaved and house trained pets per stay are allowed. Pets left unattended at the bungalow must be in a crate or pet carrier. Pet waste must be picked up and discarded.

* If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property, you are obligated to reach out to us immediately and it cannot wait until after checkout or addressed in a review. Upon voicing this complaint to us, you are authorizing us to come into the property and to repair or solve the issue.

* No smoking/vaping inside or on the porch.

* The booking is only for the number of people in the reservation and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the house. We do not allow additional people.

* Do not use our bungalow for any illegal activity.
