No one view is our favorite! There are so many places to enjoy conversation with family and friends - around the dining table as you enjoy a meal, in the living room as you get comfy and cozy, on the deck where you'll probably spend most of your day! Swim, kayak or just walk along the water's edge - whatever your pleasure, this private retreat is sure to offer you a peaceful, relaxing get a way.

This home is located in the private Cannon Hill Association. It feels secluded as you enter the neighborhood - the lawn is manicured and lush. You enter the home into a cool, tiled floor sun room with sliders to the long, wide deck. A great room to catch up with family and have a private conversation.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you would need to prepare a quick snack or a full Sunday dinner for 10! Good thing the dining room seats as many as you can feed! The living room is spacious - lots of comfy couches and chairs for intimate or large get togethers. The sliders open up to the deck to extend entertaining to the outside. There are views of the water from both rooms.

The living space is in the center of the home - there are 2 bedrooms on each side of the home. To the right is the Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed including an ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there is a second bedroom offering two twin beds also with an ensuite bathroom. On the left, the two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom - one bedroom has a Queen and the other offers two twin beds.

The lower level is partially finished with a Queen bed and a full bath - more sleeping for teens who want some privacy. There's also a sitting area that leads out to the backyard patio and you'll find the washer and dryer on this level for your convenience. With a total of 4 bedroom and 4 baths you will have plenty of room for the family to spread out!

The large main deck has outdoor furniture for relaxing, a table for dining and a gas grill. The upper level deck offers unique views that you will never tire of. Plenty of seating there to catch the sunrises and sunsets. The screened in porch even has a hammock to make this retreat a very special place.

Bonus: Please feel free to use the bikes, kayaks and paddleboards. Kayaks are at the end of the path with their paddles. Paddleboards are in the garage with their paddles. Lifejackets are in the drying/furnace room (3 adult/1 child). We only ask that you return everything to where it is now when you leave. Enjoy!

Path to the beach is on the right side of the back yard, go down a few steps and follow around to the left of the marsh. Path will lead you past a small white boat through dunes to the beach.

We do not charge a departure cleaning fee. Simply follow our basic check out instructions carefully and there will be no extra charges. If you prefer for our cleaners to take care of the basic check out list, this can be arranged for a fee of $100-$300+ (depending on the condition and size of the home) that can be billed to your credit card for your convenience.
