Our property has keyless entry so should you arrive later in the day, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying/losing keys during your stay!

The neighborhood of Calder in Edmonton, Alberta is well-connected and offers a variety of options for getting around. Public transportation is readily available, with several bus routes running through the area and providing easy access to the rest of the city.

The Calder LRT Station is also located nearby, providing quick and convenient access to the city's Light Rail Transit system. For those who prefer to drive, the neighborhood is served by several major roadways, including Yellowhead Trail, Wayne Gretzky Drive, and 97 Street, making it easy to navigate to other parts of the city. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. Bowling trip
This property was very clean and appropriate for our conditions as we were attending two different functions in Edmonton so it was in between Saint Albert and Bonnie Doone, also very accommodating as we had some family in area that was able to visit and enjoy company together in evenings
