Sunshine State of Mind Studio

Welcome to The Studio, Located just a few minutes from downtown Jensen Beach, The Studio offers a Nice place to rest your head after a long day on the beach.

The Studio is newly renovated 250 sq ft, under 5 minutes drive to downtown Jensen, 10 minutes drive to the beach, and 15 minutes drive to downtown Stuart, walking distance to Indian River Side Park and Jensen Beach Boat Ramp.

The Studio provides all the amenities you need to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation or stay while you are working.
The Studio Includes:
- Parking on-site.
- WiFi
- A queen bedroom, bathroom, and a small kitchen with a cooktop, refrigerator, and microwave.
- Coffee machine
- Plates, bowls, mugs, silverware, pots and pans.
- 36” TV.
- In-unit washer and dryer.
- Linens, shower towels, hand towels, washcloths.
- Additional towels or beach towels can be provided upon guest request.
Guest access
Entrance is through the back of the property, guests will access the back through a side gate.
Other things to note
The owner resides on the property, and the studio is attached to the main house, however, The guest studio has a separate entrance and offers privacy. This space has a Functioning Kitchenette, bedroom, Laundry room, and bathroom space. This is not a shared space.

This is a very active neighborhood, you will see kids riding their bikes and playing basketball on the street, it is a busy street and people are always walking by.

Great Littlr Getaway
The neighborhood was a little sketchy at first site, but turned out to be a great little getaway spot. Could use a charcoal grill to cook out with, but other than that had a great little vacation here and would recommend to any one of my friends or family!!
