Within minutes of Summerhouse you can hike hanging rock auto pilot Mountain. Summerhouse is very close to Chautaue Ve and Pilot Mountain wineries. Within a short drive you can also visit Mt. Airy as well. The property is also short drive to Winston- Salem with the new beltway. For your graduation events at Wake Forest University, Winston Salem State University for School of the Arts we can host a large group. Summerhouse is a short drive away for all your events at the LJVM Coliseum as well.

Better Than Expected
First, this property was clean, clean, clean! It felt like you were out in the country, but was convenient to all of the restaurants, gas stations, and stores in King as well as to surrounding towns such as Mt. Airy and Winston-Salem. The home was spacious, had great water pressure, comfy beds and pillows, and everything worked. We always appreciate a pet friendly place and this one has a small fenced in area that was perfect for our little dog. Rodney's communication was timely and friendly. We have stayed in places with a notebook full of rules and tasks to follow. This one has a sheet of paper on the refrigerator with important info. We were just so pleased with the experience, had everything we needed, and felt that it was much nicer than we expected. If we are back in this area, we would definitely choose The Summer House.

The Summerhouse can host a large group on a large property, but still very close to town with a very quiet atmosphere. Amazing sunsets on a two tier deck with gazebo.
