Brevard is known for our festivals and events. Join us for the White Squirrel Festival in early June, 4th of July celebrations, the Mountain Song Festival every September, and lots of fun activities on Halloween (Brevard is in Transylvania County, after all). Cyclists will love the annual April races that include the Assault on the Carolinas and the Pisgah Mountain Bike Stage Race. Join us in November for the Couch Potato MTB race.

We are located close to Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State Forest where you can experience hiking, fly fishing, mountain biking and enjoy some of the hundreds of waterfalls, rivers and creeks that grace our area. Asheville and Hendersonville are both about 45 minutes away, and both feature lots of attractions if you want to take a day trip or two.

Please note this is a duplex so please be respectrul of the full time resident living on the left side. The electric fireplace is more for ambience than for heat.
