Hello! We are a former military family and enjoy this area for its peace and quiet, but also close access to Aiken and Augusta, Atlanta and Columbia (an hour to 2 away).
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood has new homes and is complete with a pool, basketball court, and playground, as well as lots of walking space, and beautiful sunsets.
What makes this property unique
This home is a new Horton smart home and very spacious!
