This room is perfect for students or visitors to Wichita State University as it is just a 10-minute walk, and downtown within a 10-minute drive. With adding benefit of a desired parking lot, you also find the room fully equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay for 1-2 people. Offering all these amenities at a reasonable price, our studio room is an ideal choice for both short-term and long-term stays in Wichita.

In addition, to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all our guests, we'd like to remind you that we have a strict no pets policy in place. This includes both pets and service/emotional animals. Some of our guests have severe allergies, and we want to make sure everyone can enjoy their time here without any discomfort or health concerns. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

Very nice place to stay for the low cost. I would suggest just one thing. Provide instructions for using the access code to the room locks. Especially how to make the lock re-engage to the locked position.
