Relax with the family in the first floor level of a renovated 1873 home with a fenced in backyard. Located minutes from the Mass Pike (I-90) in Belchertown, MA, approx. 30 minutes from UMass Amherst and Amherst College and 40 minutes from Northampton. The property is situated just across the street from the renowned Swift River. The Swift River is a peaceful tailwater, flowing out of Quabbin Reservoir. Enjoy some of the best fly fishing in MA or take a walk on one of the trails along its bank.

Clean and convenient
This is a clean property that has been tastefully refreshed. It isn't fancy or fully remodeled, but it is well done. The beds were comfy, and the towels were really soft! Departure instructions were simple and reasonable. I would stay here again without concern. Only negative was finding the property at 2 AM (thanks to delayed inbound flights) was a bit of a challenge. The street is dark and arriving from the left, the mailbox you see is 143. It's key to know this is a multi-unit property (you get the main level). Minor detail considering I was just really tired and not able to pull up my instructions from the property owner.
