This condo has been recently refurbished from floor to ceiling including tile throughout, granite counters, and includes new furniture.

Excellent location, great pool/hot tub, great group of people stay there every year. Washer-dryer in unit. Only negative is the noise from low overflying jets into Naples airport and they were doing construction on the condos that was noisy and dusty and we were not notified in advance of that.

Doesn’t get any better!
The condo was as presented and then some! The owner stocks paper and related products as well as beach supplies, over and above. The condo was spotless clean, comfy bedding, kitchen goodies for breakfast, lunch or dinner and plenty of plastic wear and other goodies that were provided vs. having to purchase. As others have commented LOCATION is ideal, neighbors are friendly, pool steps away and Jill went above and beyond in communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. Perfect all around!

Location was perfect. Loved the cabana bar across the street. Walking to downtown restaurants was awesome. Condo was perfect for our family since it had 2 living areas. The bikes provided, especially the tandem, were a nice touch

Wonderful experience
My husband and I rented this condo for 2 years in a row. Fantastic location. Steps to Fifth Avenue and all the downtown has to offer. Condo was immaculate and had all modern conveniences. Owner was the best! Friendly environment.

Location of the property could not be turned down. I have lived here locally since 1997 and felt a second property in this prestigous area could hold a vacation spot if I ever choose to relocate.

What makes this property unique

The location to nearby ammenities was the largest draw of this location. Within minutes of the Naples airport for transportation and walking distance to the local area attractions completes the scene.
