This gem of a home enjoys a central location near major roadways and within a short drive of Disney World and its amusing theme parks (Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, and Disney Springs), Universal Studios, Orlando City Stadium (home of Orlando City Soccer Club), and golf courses.

Upon entering, discover a bright open floor plan with carpeted and tiled floors. Spread out comfortably in the inviting, air-conditioned living area, which has been furnished with guests' comfort in mind. Stream entertaining shows, thrilling movies, and exciting sports games on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. On your left, you have the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances and utensils needed to channel your inner chef and surprise your guests with exquisite homemade masterpieces. Attached to the kitchen is the laundry area with a washer/dryer and a game room with a pool table, a huge smart TV, and a poker table. The main suite enjoys a smart TV, a working desk, and an en suite bathroom leading to the lanai.

Outside, the home boasts a screened lanai with a sparkling pool, poolside loungers for sunbathing, a gas grill for summertime barbecues, and a nice outdoor dining area. Spend memorable evenings cooling down in the pool, enjoying the Florida sun, or dining alfresco with a gorgeous view of the pool and conservation area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
