Fantastic Luxury Home on Village Lake. Fish the well-stocked lake or nearby lakes and rivers. Enjoy sunrise on the covered and protected deck with a view of the lake and spectacular San Juan Mountain peaks while you eat breakfast, sip your morning coffee or watch the chef make a fabulous BBQ. New flat screen tv in family room, formal dining room and breakfast nook. large well equipped kitchen features granite counters, lots of space for a large family or group of friends. gas fireplace in living room to enjoy after a long day of skiing. This is the ideal place to enjoy that family vacation to remember for a lifetime. The four bedrooms have one king and three queen sized beds and two twin beds. Additional sleeping areas include the family room on two queen sized air beds that are provided. The master bedroom includes a bathroom with a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and tiled walk in shower. Two bedrooms have Jack and Jill bathroom with a shared tub/shower. A guest 1/2 bathroom is off the family room. The hot water is recirculated so there is no long wait at the faucet. The property is professionally landscaped with mature trees and gorgeous mountain flowers. A multitude of family activities, old town Pagosa Springs to Wolf Creek Ski area, are all within 5-25 minutes of the front door. Come enjoy the Colorado mountains in true comfort and style.

Spacious home with amazing views
This place was awesome with all the amenities needed to relax and enjoy our trip. We were comfortable and the kitchen and living room are set up where no one was ever in the way. We will come back!

We love Pagosa Springs. One of our favorite pastimes is sitting on the deck in the evening and seeing ducks and geese swimming, the fish jumping and hearing the sounds of the lake.
