Cozy beach villa with beautiful pool view- short walk to the beach

The villas at Seascape are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.

Seascape 3009 is a nicely decorated two-story townhome, located across the street from one of the best beaches on the island.

This villa does have free wifi. The main level of this villa has a spacious living and dining area. Enjoy outdoor dining on the deck, located off of the living room overlooking the pool. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all modern-day appliances and there is a washer/dryer set off to the side.

The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a light green pastel headboard has a matching long dresser. This room has a wall of windows that looks out onto the pool. There is a flat screen TV in the room with an updated en-suite with a walk-in shower, new vanity, and flooring.

The second bedroom has a queen size and a full-size bed with sea-shell decorated quilts. There is a flat-screen TV in the second bedroom. Located off the hallway is a newly remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity, and flooring.

Both bedrooms have luxury vinyl flooring.

Seascape Villas have a relaxing, sub-tropical feel that offers two swimming pools, walking trails, and a series of lagoons with connecting bridges.

There is also a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and guests. The cabana includes outside showers and a separate men’s and women’s bathroom.

Great Complex, Disappointing Condo

This condo needs renovated - no keyless entry, one bathroom was tiny with a child size toilet and shower stall, the other bathroom was not the best. Uncomfortable accommodations for four adults.
