Apartment with 4 suites; large living room and dining room, overlooking the beach; equipped kitchen and laundry; dependence on a domestic worker, with a bathroom; large gourmet balcony, with barbecue, glass curtain and space for rest. All suites and living room have air conditioning. It has 03 parking spaces.
The Cannes building has a gym, sauna, hot tub, heated pool, party room equipped with barbecue, gourmet area and ice machine. It also has a beach service (tents with 6 chairs and a side table or umbrellas).
It is located in module 7 (15 minutes walk from the mall) and is walk-in-sand, with a beautiful view of the beach.
