Beautiful and nice house with pool,
pool table and grill
300 meters from the beach.



The house is in the condominium
Villages of Jacuípe, between
Barra do Jacuípe and Guarajuba,
entering right as soon as
passes the Sonrisal river bridge. 
The condominium is large and has
restaurant, club, courts,
playground, etc.



The beach of Barra do Jacuípe
is one of the most beautiful on the coast
north of Bahia. The sea is only
about 300m from the house. 

The house has a swimming pool and a kiosk
well next door with barbecue,
a large lawn and options for
adolescents and children, as a table
pool and children's pool
up to 5 years.
Living room, balcony and lots of space.

Casa maravilhosa !!!!!
Casa maravilhosa, muito confortável, área externa da piscina e churrasqueira excelente. Todos os dias a área da piscina era tratada. Todos os equipamentos funcionando, as vezes que precisamos de um auxílio fomos atendidos prontamente. Quero agradecer a Dani e Pelezinho pois foram bastante prestativos. Pretendo retornar outras vezes e indicarei a família e amigos.

Excelente Imóvel !
A casa é perfeita! Da piscina aos quartos! Acomodações : amplas , arejadas, limpas e confortáveis. Éramos 9 adultos e 2 bebês, porém comportava mais pessoas tranquilamente. Localização : ótima. Fica dentro de condomínio FECHADO. É uma paz sem fim. Muito fácil de achar. É uma reta só até o aeroporto ou Salvador. Nunca fui a Região e na primeira tentativa achei o condomínio sem maiores dificuldades e sem GPS. A praia Q fica no perímetro do condomínio é deserta e de fácil acesso. Justamente por ser deserta, vc deverá levar material de praia , alimentação / bebidas. Há um clube do condomínio como descrito no anúncio , mas por ocasiões diversas , não foi utilizado. As praias vizinhas já demandam deslocamento com veículo, mas são próximas , valem o passeio e já possuem uma estrutura completa de serviços. Tivemos problema com o Wi-Fi , mas foi resolvido no dia seguinte. Nosso contato foi com Danielle e Junior. Estes não mediram esforços para deixar a casa perfeita para a estadia! Futuramente retornaremos. As praias de Imbassai, Forte e Guarajuba são únicas ! Não deixem de visitar.

Casa muito bem equipada. Piscina ótima perto das principais praias. Wi-Fi funcionando. Jogos para todos os gostos.
