THE CONDOMINIUM:

The condominium is located in a residential module next to one of the beautiful lighted paths that lead to the beach. It has a large swimming pool with shallow area for children and a large green area of preserved forest where you can see many animals, relaxing for those who enjoy contact with nature.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

2 BEDROOM SUITES- The upper floor of the house has 2 beautiful, well-lit bedrooms. They have double height ceilings with wood lining, fans, and air conditioning. From the balconies you can admire the large preserved green area that borders the condominium and the pool.
The first suite has a double bed and a single bed, and the second suite has a double bed and a bunk bed with 2 single mattresses.

TV ROOM- On the lower floor there is a TV room with a comfortable sofa and a 40 "TV. You can use it as a Living Room, leaving the space attached to the Living Room, or closing it with a folding door, leaving the Home Theater-only space not bothering the people in the Living and Kitchen.

LIVING ROOM- Living room with 2 3-seater sofas and 1 armchair and 39 "TV.

DINING TABLE- Wooden table for 8 seats.

KITCHEN- The kitchen space has a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave and a stove. We leave all household items available for use, plates, cutlery, pans, blender, etc. We only ask the kindness to wash the dishes after use so that it does not attract animals and insects.

BBQ- The house has outdoor area with individual barbecue and covered. It features pool views and barbecue tables.

BATHROOMS- The house has 2 upstairs bathrooms, one for each bedroom, and 1 downstairs bathroom. All with shower, toilet and tub.

LAUNDRY- Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with tank, hose to clean before entering the house if necessary, and space where we leave beach accessories and cleaning supplies.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

As a home in a family condominium and quieter location, we kindly ask you to turn down the volume and reduce the noise after 23:00 for everyone's peace of mind.

OWNER'S TIPS:

Some things to do in Riviera !!!

* Walk the lighted pedestrian path through the woods leading from the condo to the beach. Preferably take the evening tour, where people often go to the beach to watch the sunset and walk, it's worth it!;

* Rent one of the bikes available at the entrance on the path leading to the beach and ride the beach to the right, where you have the best view of the Riviera coastline;

* Eat the famous Churros de Riviera in the trailer that is parked at the central roundabout near the beach;

* Take a stroll at Shopping Riviera, eat pizza, have an ice cream or take the kids in the disputed bowling is a good choice;

* Watch one of the shows available at the space See in high season and see what's new this summer.
