Need a relaxing get away? This updated two bedrooms, two bath condo is directly across the street from the beach. Features include: a newly renovated fully equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances and beautiful granite counter tops. The living room has a new queen sofa bed, cable TV and WIFI throughout. You can rest in the master bedroom queen bed or sneak a peek of the ocean out the twin bedroom window. Relax on the private balcony with a pool view off of living room. Not only do you have access to the community pool you also have access to the Sea Cabin laundry facility and fishing pier located across the street.

Great family condo
Our family of four, kids 8 and 5, stayed here and were very happy! It was warm and welcoming and very spacious for the week. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking supplies and the living room furniture was very comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach, shops, and exercising was wonderful on ocean blvd. The sun comes up to the right while looking off our deck and we were in the shade, it was wonderful while drinking coffee in the morning! A few updates are needed, definitely the mattress (we found it to be old and very uncomfortable), paint chipping on the walls, and some broken blinds. The knives in the kitchen also need sharpened or replaced. I also recommend a step stool, the cabinets were high and the sink for our 5 year old was a little tough for him to reach. We reached out to maintenance by text about a shower handle not working and they came while we were out at the beach to fix it that day! It was so convenient. Island reality is extremely easy to work with and such a pleasure. The condo needs just a few updates, but overall a great place to stay and we throughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Family getaway
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved this little condo. We have 2 small children and I was somewhat concerned being on the 3rd floor, but the steps weren't bad and it was rather quiet.

Proximity to beach / food was great! Parking was excellent. Floors, kitchen, bathrooms were very clean. The living room recliner has a little sand left on it (easy fix was to cover for our stay with a sheet). A few of the mini blind slats were missing / damaged. The size of the unit worked out very well. All in all, the unit was very good and worth the $$

Nice location - has potential to be great
Convenient location to beach and several places in walking distance. Unit is well stocked with everything you need in kitchen. Needs new paint, work on all doors so they close, replace all window coverings and mattresses. Outdoor table should be replaced before it breaks. Nice pool and good parking. Overall good place near the beach.
