Very nice home

This home is off the hustle and bustle of downtown PDC. It was perfect for our family. The beach was not very nice and you can hear the local beach club music late into the night, however a short taxi ride can get you to any beach you'd like. There are small ants in this apartment but weren't really bothersome. It does need an ironing board for travel luggage. Gabriel, out concierge was perfect! There is construction in lower apartments so the early morning noise was a bummer but they'll eventually finish. We'd stay here again.

Owners are from Denver Colorado and as much as they like to ski they also enjoy the white sandy beaches of Playa del Carmen.

The property is very close to the beach and with only 24 condos in the complex the building is very nice and private.
