1 BD/1 BA Guest Room with Private Entrance, Downtown West

This is a basement guest room in our home with its own private entry. One bedroom/bath, dedicated parking and shared patio. Located in historic Clarksville on the western edge of downtown Austin. Walk to restaurants, shops, grocery and public transit. Half mile walk to Zilker Park/Hike & Bike Trail.
This guest suite is the private, ground level of our home. Recently updated. It has its own private entrance and dedicated parking space. Includes washer/dryer access. Please note there is NO kitchen access but there is a small fridge and coffee/tea are provided. Also note there is NO TV. This household does have two cats, and while they will be locked from the area and it's thoroughly cleaned before and after each rental, make note should you have allergies. Rate is inclusive of City of Austin occupancy taxes. 3 night minimum required for SXSW and ACL!

Great stay in Austin!
This was the perfect place for my weekend in Austin! Great neighborhood, very quiet and serene. I was able to walk to a natural grocery store about 10 minutes away and felt very safe. The room was very clean and decorated nicely. Rob was in touch before I arrived, gave great directions and was super helpful. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks!

My boyfriend and I were in town for the Dell Match Play Golf Tournament. This rental was just what we needed as we were gone most of the days and just needed a place to sleep each night! Very clean, and cozy. A great and easy location to access. Would definitely rebook!
