Fantastic 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located within walking distance to Broadway/Honky Tonks, Germantown, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Nashville Sounds, walking and biking paths. The condo is fully equipped with all the amenities, full kitchen and offers a fantastic view of the river! We have complimentary covered parking right next to the condo. Staying at this condo gives you access to a pool, workout facility, and washer/dryer. The riverside pool is open from July to Labor Day!

Amazing week in Nashville!
This condo is great for a couple. It is clean and cozy. Great location and in walking distance to Broadway. The bedroom faces the parking lot, so it is quite noisy. Over all a great place to stay while in Nashville.

Excellent Stay
Property was as described, perfect for a couple. Excellent location, approx 15 minute walk to Broadway and 15 minutes to grocery store in Germantown. Very clean condo. It was a little noisy in the morning due to construction in the area and the train. Laundry facilities were very convenient. Yana was very responsive when we had questions.
