About 2000 Sq Ft home in a spectacularly beautiful Island - hundreds of ponds, birds and deer. Enjoy sunrise & sunset on water with dolphins from the designated place overlooking Atlantic Ocean. Great Fishing and Walking Trails. Canoeing, Kayak Tour, Charter Boats available.

Our exclusive island is nothing less than a dreamland in a spectacularly beautiful landscape. Our exclusive neighborhood is also a nature lover's paradise with a long list of amenities including hundreds of ponds, lagoons, decks overlooking river and ocean, many miles of walking and biking trails on the interior roads of the sub-division.
You can also enjoy Great Fishing, Canoeing, Kayaking, and Deep Sea Fishing. Charter boats can be rented for deep sea fishing. Canoeing and Kayaking Tours are available by private companies.
