Home Details: One of our most popular rentals to get repeat customers, Burke's Oasis is a 2BR/2BA condo located at 29 Quincy Circle, Santa Rosa Beach, FL, 32459, Unit A on the 2nd Floor (elevator access available), in the upscale community of Seaside. We are only steps away from the many shops of Seaside, the amphitheater, and directly across 30A from one of Seaside’s beach accesses and the famous Bud & Alleys Restaurant.

As you enter the condo you walk into the open living room and stainless kitchen with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Our living area has a large flat screen TV for your indoor entertainment and the stack-able washer/dryer are hidden in a closet in the hallway. The shared bathroom has a shower/tub combo and door to the Queen Guest bedroom. The Queen Master is just beyond the kitchen with its own private bath. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless appliances overlooking the living room. An outdoor balcony offers dining for 4 with beautiful unobstructed ocean views! Come for a weekend getaway or stay for the week. Burke's oasis is sure to be your oasis when you stay here. If you are traveling with a larger group, check out our sister condo Truman's Hideout right next door for additional sleeping arrangements!

Dirty and Run Down Condo
The owner of this building has not kept up with the building and it is not to Seaside standards. The condo was dirty, old, in desperate need of a paint job. Windows are so dirty you can’t see out of them. And the photos of the patio are completely false. None of the furniture in the photos was on the deck. Location was good people watching and a nice view of the ocean from the patio but very loud. Can’t see from the inside because the windows are too dirty with broken blinds. Would not recommend staying here due to the run down condo and bare bones kitchen. The realty company was very responsive to our issues but the owner is clearly a lot of the problem since he isn’t up keeping the entire building.

Wonderful experience
We were very impressed with the open communication with the property manager. Everything was just as listed. The beds were very comfortable. My husband and I stayed there with our grown son. We were all very happy with our stay. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect spot for us!
We loved this location. We did not move our car the whole time. It’s right next to the seaside square and across the the beach access. The perfect size for our family of 4. Everything was as it says. The bikes were a big hit and renting the chairs and umbrella ahead of time made it so easy. The gift bag was an extra bonus. We plan on going again next year. Amazing place

Seaside is Fantastic
Great location! We were quite comfortable and loved the proximity to everything. Having the bikes provided was great and we used them more than we expected, so we rented two more for the kids. No problems with parking, but we were in town during the slow season. Pretty clean. However, there was a moldy closet in the hall that we avoided using, and I cleaned some of the tops of the doorframes which were very dusty. Also, there water heater only supplied about five minutes worth of hot water, so we had to stagger our showers throughout the day. One of the bikes kept having problems, but the bike provider was responsive and pretty quick about getting the bike repaired and back to us each time. Generator noise across the street from a construction site kept us up some one night. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay in this unit again.
