Built in 1880 by a sea captain for his daughter, this historic vacation home is just two blocks from the Narragansett Bay. This sun-filled home boasts three bedrooms, 1 full bath, large modern kitchen, living room and library. Relax in the private backyard and enjoy cocktails or coffee on the sundeck.

This home is located in historic and charming Bristol, Rhode Island. Flanking the sea, the town is peppered with restaurants, parks, boutique shops and antique stores. Stroll, jog or bike on the scenic rail trail in town while enjoying views of the Narragansett Bay. Also situated in town, Colt State Park is a beautiful oasis offering a private beach, hiking trails, and picnic and sporting areas. The park is appointed with stone walls, groomed fruit trees, flowering bushes, and manicured lawns. Bristol is home to the oldest 4th of July Parade in America. This home is only 1 block from the parade route. Celebrate the festivities include the 2 week concert series, carnival, and fireworks.

The house is conveniently located just 13 miles north of Newport. Newport offers beaches, shopping, restaurants, and Gilded Age mansions. Enjoy the Cliff Walk along the shoreline. Interested in art galleries, nightlife, and local culture? Providence is a quick 25 minute drive north. Also, Block Island is easily assessable via ferry.

Cute, charming home
We stayed at the house for a wedding weekend at a nearby venue and couldn’t have been happier. The home is well kept and inviting and Stephanie promptly responded to our question when contacted. The location is also very charming and close to a lot of attractions. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful home in a great location!
This is a great house; it’s even nicer than it looks in the pictures. It’s spacious and stocked with everything you could want. The neighbors were very friendly. It’s walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. Stephanie was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Charming home close to downtown and RWU
We were very comfortable and couldn't be happier about the location -- walking distance to shops and restaurants in downtown Bristol, and close to Roger Williams University. The hosts were extremely attentive, it was warm, well-appointed, super clean and charming. We stayed here for RWU Parent's Weekend and we loved having the option to drive or walk to whatever we needed. Short drive to RWU, so it made it all easy for all of us. Great weekend, and we would definitely stay again!!
