White Caps One is the largest of the White Caps units, which is a small; nine unit complex located 'beach side' on West Gulf where you can watch sunsets nightly from the shore. This one bedroom one bathroom has great views from the living-room and bedroom. This large condo features a screened in lanai with Gulf views, a spacious living room with new flat screen TV, Gulf views, a large master bedroom with Gulf views…did we mention the views. Create a delicious meal in the eat- in kitchen, lounge on the spacious lanai, take walks on the beach, go fishing off the beach or just relax to the tropical sights and sounds from your living room. After your day of fun in the sun, fall asleep to the waves in your master suite with comfy queen bed, Flat screen TV and walk in closet. The master bathroom has just been completely remodeled with a beautiful tiled shower, glass tile accents, granite counter-tops and fresh white cabinets. Wonderful week
Property was clean and comfy. Management made the check-in process straightforward and remained in contact with us during the week. Cottage is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and grocery store. Ready access to bike paths and Ding Darling Nature Preserve. Relaxing stay!

We’ve stayed at Sanibel many times and this was one of our favorites. Love the quaintness of the cottage and the proximity to the ocean!

Great place for my husband and I to spend the week. Nothing fancy, but clean and had everything we needed. Loved the views of the ocean and how close it was to the beach. Rented bikes and rode the bike path every morning. Will definitely come back!

Overall we were pleased. However, the property needs some care. We didn't have a clock in the bedroom and one of the lamps in the bedroom was missing. The management responded quickly but this could have been avoided. Also our hot water heater went out. We were able to have a new one replaced within 24 hours but the repairman said the old one was really old and probably should have been replaced much sooner. The sofa in the living room was outdated and could stand to be replaced. These are fixable things. We loved the location and beach access. Management was responsive.
