This fully renovated Hilton Head Vacation Rental is located on the 4th floor and is accessible by elevator.
The living room features a large mounted flat screen TV and access to a private balcony with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and community pool. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. The dining room offers seating for six.
The Primary bedroom features a king size bed, large mounted flat screen TV, and bay windows that offer views of the Ocean. The Primary bathroom includes an elegant walk-in shower and two sink vanities. The guest bedroom features a large mounted flat screen TV and two double size beds.
Barrington Arms offers a swimming pool heated seasonally, hot tub, and a beach pavilion surrounded by outstanding landscaped grounds.

***4/5/24 – The pool and pool deck are open. The pool leak repair has been postponed and a future closure date has not been determined. The spa/hot tub will remain closed until repairs and approvals are completed – estimated open date Late May, 2024***

Very good until time to go
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: all was well until check out. Check out was at 10:00am. I was carrying luggage to car at 9:20 am. When I returned to the room I found my wife upset. The cleaners arrived at 9:25am. My wife was in bathroom. They came on into the room. She told the man that check out was 10am, he said its 9:30, and went back outside room. When I arrived at room 3 of them were standing outside the room. One of them said "it's 9:30!" I told him, yes it is but check out is 10 and we will be out by 10. It seemed he was trying to convince me that check out was 9:30am. Someone needs to talk to this person and he should be more careful in the future

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was not clean and furnishongs not comfortable and unattractive. Disgusting to have a throw carpet in front of a toilet that was glued to the floor. When does it get cleaned? TV not properly attached to wall and came down.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our apartment was clean, the kitchen well stocked and the furniture comfortable. There were a lot of locked spaces, so it was a little hard to store our suitcases and have hanging room. The location was superb, but the gate to the beach was broken much of the time we were there.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and complex was very nice. It was easy to get from the condo to various establishments around the island. The condo, however, needs some attention. The living room and balcony furniture is badly worn and not very comfortable. An unsightly storage cabinet sits in the living room and takes up unnecessary and unuseable space.
