Complex is located less than six minutes to downtown St Petersburg, 10-15 minutes drive to the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beaches.Easy access to I-275 and Tampa International Airport just a 30 min drive. Review: Morton's 2017 This place is so much more than we had expected. It has everything you need to feel at home. The view is amazing and the sunsets are gorgeous. I would never get sick of looking at the view from the deck. The grounds are very clean and people are friendly. It's close to everything you need, groceries, convenience stores, restaurants, downtown, night life, beaches. I can't say enough how enjoyable our stay has been so far. We are not looking forward to our time ending and are already hoping we can do this again next year.

Once I have the information I will prepare the forms for our office as well as for the association. These forms are: reservation form, an ASSOC addendum, rules and regs, contact info sheet, pet forms where applicable.
Once you receive your reservation filled out for direct reservations: you will Send ASAP a DEPOSIT of 50% if directly through us to hold the unit, Full payment if less than 90 days to occupancy.
Everyone: Send The Association check made out to the appropriate association. You should write the check made out to the association with unit number in the memo section.
For Waterside South your passport is good instead of the back ground check,
