The property was close to Ocean and had a pool as well. The view from the room was nice especially at night. The property is undergoing renovations and i guess our room was not one that had been renovated. The bathroom was sub par with need of an overhaul and the furniture was well worn. The property also charges to store luggage if you are waiting for your transport to airport.

Super wow experience
The first room we got was leaking so we made a complain and was change to a wow room which expels all the bad things I saw from the hotel so it's an A+ with the gesture/action they did right at that moment .

Nice stay
Nice appartement in a correct building with pool, gym,,little grocery, and valet service free. Direct on the beach, thw view is awesome, but if you want to see arround and go out for dinner you need a car.

Unfriendly
We chose this hotel because of its location and free parking. Expecting a hotel, the property turned out to actually be "condominiums" so definitely not the same reception you might expect at a "hotel". Negatives: The indifferent attitude of the reception staff who certainly didn't make us feel very welcome , security guards in the lobby who also added to the unwelcoming atmosphere and the lack of tourist amenities , like maps or brochures to help the wayward tourist find his way around (just a tour operator selling package tours.) We just didn't feel like welcome guests but rather "nuisance tourists". As for the room, it was a bare bones suite with a kitchenette-ready-to-occupy for someone staying for a while, but little else. I would say the hotel is seeing its age somewhat although they have made some effort to make it look newer - its still definitely a 3. Positives: Free parking although it's "valet" and demands the obligatory "tip" each time. The small bar / restaurant by the pool was actually quaint and had an impressive menu. Access to a small strip of untended secluded beach (once you get the access code from the less than forthcoming security staff and try to figure out your way there.) All in all a disappointing stay and we probably won't bother again.
