Excelente apartamento! Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos funcionário do prédio e Paulo Sanches o proprietário nos deu a maior atenção. Através das fotos já dar para ver que o apartamento é bonito, mas pessoalmente é muito mais bonito. Fiquei hospedada com minha família de 15/10/21 A 17/10/21, fiquei encantada. Apartamento super completo, cozinha linda e super equipada. São dois quartos com uma sala que vira outro quarto gigante que fica privado com duas camas de casal e uma de solteiro. São quatro banheiros e tem uma sala de jantar lindíssima. E o melhor, é de frente para a praia e perto de tudo (Mercado, padaria, lojas moda praia, restaurante com rodízio de pizzas, lanchonetes...). Barzinhos com músicas ao vivo na orla bem em frente ao apartamento. Voltarei com minha família com certeza, nem vou procurar outro lugar. Muito obrigada!

Ap muito amplo e comfortavel Fomos em 5 adultos e ficamos bem confortaveis e quartos com suites permitiam privacidade Uma obs é que o terceiro quarto é localizado na sala onde ha porta de correr que transforma em quarto ja que possui cama embutida, mas tambem bem confortavel

Apartamento muito lindo, limpo, confortável e com uma vista incrível da praia grande. Eu e minha família adoramos a acomodação. Com certeza quando voltarmos em Arraial gostaríamos de nos hospedar novamente nesse ap. O Sr. Paulo foi muito educado e prestativo, tirou todas as nossas dúvidas quando precisamos.

EXCELENTE APTO FRENTE PRAIA
O apto muito aconchegante , achei interessante os utensilios serem todos de boa qualidade , senti falta de ferro de passar. o quarto que vira sala muito bem bolado , porem quem ficar com esta opção ficara sem local para guardar os pertences . O proprietário muito atencioso , porem os funcionários do prédio não são muito receptivos .no mais tudo muito bom bem de frente a praia com um lindo por do sol e comercio tudo bem pertinho .
