Playa del Carmen Centro vacation rentals

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The pool was relaxing g with a beautiful view. The beach was only a few blocks away. The fri t desk staff were amazing and very helpful. We would go back again.

Great experience from start to finish

I stayed for 2 and a half months this winter, I found the condo to be exactly as described and better. There were many nice little touches not found in other condos I have rented such as full set of pots and pans, smoke and CO2 detectors, good freezer, lots of supplies which would be particularly great for short term stays. Teresa was quick to respond to any questions I had. My only hesitation in recommending this place is that it might not be available next time I want to stay! The building itself is fantastic and the location is great. Gracias a todos.

The condo was very nice, clean and well appointed. The building as well managed and everyone was super friendly and helpful . Great location. Owner was helpful and quick to respond to enquiries.

We stayed at the Icono Playa for over 70 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo unit was modern, spacious, well appointed, and in a wonderful location. We were a short walk to the beach, 5th Ave, Walmart and all of our favourite restaurants. The internet in the unit was fast and the unit had two televisions. The unit also had a washer and drier and oven which were a great convenience. The bed was huge and more comfortable than mine at home. The condo building is very secure with 24 hour security and video monitors. There are 2 roof top pools, a gym, a roof top bbq and sauna. Frank was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly, to our only concern which was an issue in the buildings public area, not the unit. Frank addressed the issue quickly and the issue was dealt with by the building maintenance staff. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation, I did not want to leave.
