Enter an open main living area with reading nook and dining area. The dining area has a table with seating for six. Just off the dining area is the remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, gas range, dishwasher, microwave and drip coffeemaker. The vaulted ceiling gives this nicely-equipped kitchen a bright and airy feel. A door from the kitchen leads to the wrap-around deck.
The separate living room off the main living area has a comfortable sofa and recliner and a flat screen smart TV with cable and WiFi. On the other side of the main living area is a short hall leading to a full bathroom with tub/shower and a bedroom with queen bed and ceiling fan.
The home's other two bedrooms are on the second floor. One bedroom has a full (double) bed and the other has two twins. The bedroom with the full bed has a skylight. There is also a bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.

Two sliders in the dining area lead to a lovely, spacious screened-in porch with dining table and seating for six. The porch has overhead lighting and a ceiling fan--the ideal spot for meals and relaxation. A door from the screened-in porch leads to the deck with gas grill. The home is fully air-conditioned (central air on the first floor, ductless split unit A/Cs in both upstairs bedrooms).

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
