Master suite has walk-in closet & private bath. Wood laminate floors in living area and master bedroom; ceramic tile in kitchen and baths. Enjoy the views from a corner screened lanai, which can be accessed via sliding doors from master bedroom as well as the living area, overlooks the 11th tee of beautiful Palm-Aire's country club golf course. Large, heated community swimming pool adjoins clubhouse. Palm-Aire Country Club membership is not mandatory but special deals are available for anyone interested in golf, tennis and/or social activities. Downtown Sarasota and area beaches are within easy reach and Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is just minutes away. A number of fine restaurants are also just minutes away, as are Publix supermarkets, other grocery stores, BJ's and Sam's Club. Also nearby are the new upscale University Town Center Mall and adjacent major rowing complex that will be hosting the world and other championship events over the next few years.

Quiet and comfortable
Lovely place and great pool. Some friendly neighbors, but surrounding golfers not so much. Quiet, pretty area. Only criticism is that it is not kid friendly and only walking trails were golf cart drives.

Great condo in a lovely community
What a pleasure it was to stay in this condo. The owner was responsive and accommodating and the neighbors very friendly. I happened upon this rental when my new home being built was once again delayed. I was fortunate enough to take advantage of a cancellation to be able to stay here with my small dog. It is clean and spacious and in a great location, corner unit with a view of the golf course. The community is within Palm Aire, a large developed area about 8 miles from downtown Sarasota. There are lovely walking paths and shopping is super convenient. All in all, an excellent place to stay.

Great Sarasota Condo
The condo is in an excellent location in Sarasota- a quiet, attractive neighborhood close to shopping and amenities. It is attractively decorated and equipped with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. The condo complex is well maintained and residents are friendly. The pool is very nice and walking around the neighborhood and golf course is a pleasure. You should be very happy with this condo as a vacation get away. The owners were a pleasure to work with.
