Our cleaning crew have taken Covid-19 precautions in preparing this condo for your stay. Rhode Island has relaxed restrictions on travelers coming to our state, but we ask that please continue to follow RI Dept of Health guidelines while visiting.

Spacious 2 bedroom 1st floor condo with high ceilings. All rooms on one level. Updated kitchen with stainless appliances, large living room, off street parking. Walk to Roger Williams Park and Narragansett Bay yet close to highway access! Minutes to downtown Providence, Pawtuxet Village, Johnson & Wales University Harborside campus, short drive to Brown University, Women & Infants, Hasbro and Rhode Island Hospital. Executive rental ready.
**PETS: DOGS ALLOWED BY PRE-APPROVAL ONLY and ADDITIONAL $75 PET CLEANING FEE. *$75 Pet Fee must be paid prior to check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property. *Your dog should be friendly and house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed. *Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone. *Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. *You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog *Limit of one dog. An additional dog may be considered on a case by case basis.

Do not put luggage on the white bedspreads. Please use the luggage racks which are provided in all bedrooms for your convenience.
Do not use my white bath towels to remove makeup. Disposable swabs and pads provided or use towels marked for makeup removal.
If you are travelling with your dog, please keep him off the leather couch. Also, please pick up after your dog. Poo bags are provided.

Convenient Location but needs an update
Nice neighborhood but property is a bit funky. Limited pressure in kitchen faucet, owner able to control HVAC via RING thermostat and front porch deck is very shaky(only way into the unit with parking in rear of the property). Owner was very responsive to temperature issues but I don’t think I should have to text owner to get the unit temp to our liking. Property was clean, well laid out and tidy. Owner seems responsive but he should spend a bit of time and money to upgrade the basic services.

Spacious comfortable apartment 12 mins from Brown University
Stayed for 5 nights to attend Brown’s commencement. Very peaceful and quiet location. Perfect for 4 people. Apartment was very well stocked and clean. Owner is very responsive and friendly
