Enjoy the beach life from this Sandpiper Condo #2-E on Jax Beach.

This oceanview condo has one bedroom with a king-sized bed and a large walk-in closet. The updated bath and kitchen have granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Eat at the kitchen counter or at the dinette table in the living area.

The living room has a large couch and a comfy TV chair. There is a TV in the bedroom and in the living room both with ATTcable and HiSpeed WiFi included.

Parking pass issued , $25 replacement fee.
Stacking washer and dryer.

Our Stay at Jax Beach
Apartment was as described on the web site. Clean and well equiped with eating, sleeping and cleaning requirements. etc. Renee, the property manager, was very helpful and ready to answer and resolve any issues we had. The beach is steps away and very wide when the tide is out. We highly recommended this property and its location.

The condo was just as described. Very comfortable for my husband and I. Off season so it was quiet! Short walk to the beautiful beach. Well appointed. My only suggestion would be to replace sheets with some nice 600+ thread count sheets. The ones on the bed were “pilling” which made it feel like there was sand in the bed. Higher thread count sheets won’t do that.

Perfect Get Away
Awesome location, great beach view, clean property. We really enjoyed staying here. You wont regret this pick if you are looking for close access to the beach. Beach chairs, cooler and umbrella was a bonus!
