STEPS TO THE BEACH!!!

We are directly across the street from the beautiful and pristine Gulf of Mexico in a quiet neighborhood on North Clearwater Beach. The property is tastefully decorated and well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing respite from your busy life. You will enter through a brick courtyard, where your door opens to a living room and dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped. The cottage includes a spacious bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and WIFI. We have a gas grill, beach chairs, and a washer and dryer available for your use. Outside area includes a separate dining and siting areas for your enjoyment.

Of course, the best amenity is our #1 rated Clearwater Beach!

Available within walking distance are shops, restaurants and the Clearwater Marina, where you can schedule deep sea fishing, boating, sightseeing and dinner cruises. Jet skiing, paddle boarding and all kinds of water sports are steps away. Caladesi State Park is a short walk from our location on North Clearwater Beach. The Jolley Trolley, one-half block away, provides transportation to all the beach communities as well as, for example, the City of Tarpon Springs or Dunedin.

A grill and beach chairs are available for your use. All you need is to unpack and put on your sunscreen!

This quiet neighborhood is perfect for romantic getaways or just to getaway! This property is NOT suitable for spring breakers or loud parties.

Great spring getaway
The location was perfect. We enjoyed the beach just across the street every day. The nearby restaurants and stores were an easy walk. The accommodations were fine, very homey. Trish was easy to work with throughout our stay. Linda & Jim B.

Wonderful Gem
What a gem we found when we stayed in Clearwater Beach at Cottage by the Sea. If you are looking for a quiet place just steps from an amazing beach of white powdery sand, a place where you don’t need a car because you have access to public transportation that will take you to many beaches and interesting places along the coast, a place where you can walk to good restaurants and fun shops then you will enjoy staying at this cottage. Also the owner (Trish) and neighbours (Maggie and Charlie) were so friendly and helpful. You felt that you were part of a family. The cottage is comfortable with a king size bed, outdoor areas to sit and enjoy a book plus other amenities. We also had access to beach chairs and to bikes that are easy to handle and fun to ride. There is so much to do and so much to see. We would definitely return and anyone who decides to reserve at Cottage by the Sea will be in for a wonderful and enjoyable time.

All the right ingredients for a great time at Clearwater Beach
My stay at this cottage was one of warmth and hospitality. I felt like a guest at a private resort. The sunsets are like ones you see in movies! The local seafood was spectacular, and if you needed anything, it is just a five minute drive in the car. Thank you for such a wonderful stay at the cottage by the sea! See you next year! BEST BEACH COTTAGE
We were hoping to find a place on the beach that we could reconnect, relax, and recharge. This property had exactly what we were looking for. Directly across the street from the beach with a private courtyard, this cottage has it all. There were several good restaurants, the marina including fishing, boating and sightseeing as well as shops well within walking distance. We were able to explore some nearby islands by kayak and bicycles are provided by the owner. In the evening you are literally a few steps from some of the most most amazing sunsets you will ever see. This cottage is decorated with classic beach decor that is clean, comfortable and well maintained with unique and personal touches. What we loved best was that this cottage is away from the large hotels, so it was quieter & more peaceful. Very much looking forward to going back!
