This upstairs unit in a quadruplex is a quaint 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. It was very clean and well maintained. It was very suitable for what we needed - a comfortable plash to crash after a long day at a convention. The owner was very communicative and responded quickly. There are only 2 minor drawbacks - the parking is weird and the fact that is a very well lit area. If you aren't used to sleeping with light coming in the window at all hours, then you may need a sleep mask.
