PROPERTY
"Super Host" Status on that "other" BnB site. We have 38 5-star reviews and are just getting started on HomeAway. Extremely clean and recently renovated with granite countertops, glass subway tile backsplash, new furnishings and comfy beds. Contemporary, fun yet peaceful ambiance. Access to great hiking trails; from our street there are trails that connect to National Forest and Blodgett Peak. The area is great for views, outdoor activities, access to everything you need, and a peaceful stay.

ACCESS
The apartment has a private entrance at the back of the house, and comprises the whole lower level of the home. The unit is over 900 square feet. It has its own kitchen featuring a fridge, gas range with oven, microwave, sink and cooking utensils. There is also a full size washer and dryer.

HOST INTERACTION
We live in the top 2 floors. We won't bother you but we are available by phone or knock if you need anything. We love to connect with new people if you do want to say hi. You will be staying in the lower level so you can expect to hear footsteps and noise occasionally but we will respect quiet hours after 9:00 pm.

NEIGHBORHOOD
This is a quiet residential neighborhood nestled up against the mountains. Beautiful city and mountain views! There are hiking trails galore and close proximity to mountain bike trails. Explore Blodgett Peak from right out the front door and you have Garden of the Gods close by and Ute Valley Park under 5 miles. 10 min to Air Force Academy entrance.

TRANSPORTATION
Free street parking. No public transportation nearby. Bring a car or bike to get around. Rockrimmon, Woodmen Valley Road, and Centennial Blvd are the main corridors into this area. 7 minutes to I-25. You can be anywhere you want in Colorado Springs in 30 minutes or less.

CLOSE BY
Go to Garden of the Gods (it's only 7 minutes away). Head down the street to Ute Valley Park and do a 7 mile mountain bike loop, go bouldering in the rocks, take some stellar Pikes Peak photos and your trip back to the house is only a mile or two. Take it easy the next day and hike right outside the front door and you'll find access to Blodgett Peak and/or head into National Forest.

Neat place, quiet, a great location for the NW Colorado Springs (COS) area and very clean. The fully furnished kitchen plus W & D are a huge plus! Patio has beautiful views of mountains and nighttime COS. Owners are very accomodating and proactive. We were very satisfied. We highly recommend this place!

A perfect place to stay while visiting Colorado Springs area.
We had a wonderful time in Colorado Springs and much had to do with the ability to overnight at Josh and Virginia's property! This made our vacation seem more personal versus a hotel. Josh and Virginia are very nice property managers who are quick to respond when needed and provide local knowledge for entertainment and restaurants. The property was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen area fully functional. Icing on the cake was a nice bottle of wine, snacks and breakfast items. The first morning we went for a walk and encountered a herd of deer as we entered the hiking trail near the property. The hike was great as we experienced a diverse species of birds, flowers etc. There is a ton of other activities in the area. We hope to be back soon and when we do, it will be returning customers of Josh and Virginia!!!

It was such a blessing to find this place when we did. The Colorado Springs market is hot for sellers and we were able to get this property off-market. It is a gem of a neighborhood and we have one of the most unique views on the west side of the city. The walkout basement makes it the perfect setup for a garden-level luxurious rental. We offer the best value for quality, comfort and location.
