Your rental is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the property. On the lower level (2nd floor), you'll find the living area, kitchen, 1 guest bedroom, and a bathroom. On the upper level (3rd floor), you'll find the primary bedroom, balcony, and bathroom, as well as another guest room with 2 twin beds and a guest bathroom.

-As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS. For more information, please get in touch with the host before booking. Also, please note that while this condo does not allow young adult groups, neighboring homes might, which may affect general noise levels.
-We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
-This vacation home does NOT allow pets.
