Relaxing getaway
The house was large and clean. It was decorated really well - just the right Palm Springs mid-century vibe. The back yard was very spacious and beautifully landscaped. A very relaxing stay.

Laurel Retreat
We had a great time. The house was in the perfect location for getting downtown, getting to the Modernism events and walking to the nearby park. Huge yard, nice pool, spa and fire pit. Coffee by the pool in the morning looking at the mountains...nice. Thank you!

In Need of a Little TLC
As advertised, via photos and short narrative, this home did not live up to our expectations. It was a bit smaller than we thought, so thankfully our guests were minimal, but definitely not a home for 6 people. Bathrooms were quite small, with little to no counter tops or shelves for your supplies. Master shower was better than guest bath. Which had an old shower curtain with a bit of mold. The main floors were concrete, which was good for dogs, but could be acid washed to get rid of stains. Only one trash can worked with foot pedal, the other broken. Living room furniture most uncomfortable. We mo Ed the furniture around to start least make it seem cozier. Beds are good, but mattress covers were flimsy which caused sheets to slide around. The “beautiful” view described in ad was nice, if you sat in the far backyard and looked out over the fire pit. Pool bottom needs to be repainted, but was serviced well. Hot tub was broken for all but 6 days of our 29 day stay. Outside furniture showed many stains. Overall, it’s probably best to just be a 3-7 day rental and not a month. It was our first try, so live and learn. It was conveniently located and very quiet neighborhood. Be aware there are no screens on the main sliding glass doors. We ask for one in the master bedroom since there were no windows to open, and the owner did supply one very quickly,
