The house is located in the exclusive and well maintained Port Largo ,Key Largo neighborhood. It has a canal in the back of the property and allows for large boat traffic. Amenities include: a private pool with water heater , a gazebo in the backyard, 12 000 pound boat lift , 2 kayak available for use and secure parking that allows 4-5 cars at a time. There is also Direct TV, internet, TV in the gazebo, living room, and each bedroom. For convenience, there is also a washer and dryer on site Two dining areas seat up to 6 people- one available inside the house, the other outside in the gazebo. The gazebo also includes a half bathroom and a shower near the pool as well as a barbecue. In addition, there are two kitchens on the property- one inside the house and another one outside in the gazebo. ice marker outside available too also new pool water heater.We not Rent x short time period .Mínimum 30 days rent.
