Home is located in a quiet desirable neighborhood walking distance to Desert Breeze Park. Completely Renovated from inside and out with brand new furniture and appliances. Warm & inviting interior with over 2,400 sqft. 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Master bedroom has a California King, two of the secondary bedrooms are queens and the 4th bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a aero bed in the middle bedroom closet. Home has desktop with printer/scanner combo, wifi, tv's in all bedrooms, Netflix, HBO, Showtime and a ton more channels! Backyard is a paradise oasis with pool, waterfall, heater, built in bbq and ample seating all throughout the yard.

Great place
Nice, clean, large. Really nice spot. No major problems whatsoever and the owners were very responsive to our questions and requests. A few very minor issues around the margins ( eg., no soap in one shower, or laundry detergent, directions on how to get tv access to apps could be written down, but we figured it out. Overall a terrific stay. Would definitely rent again.

Family Thanksgiving in Vegas
The home was beautiful and well-appointed, with nearly everything we needed to host a family Thanksgiving. The house is clean, well-decorated, and in a quiet neighborhood. My only feedback is that the beds were pretty uncomfortable, and it would have been nice to know a pool cleaner was coming so we didn't just find a stranger in the backyard one afternoon. Despite those two minor inconveniences, this was still a 5-star stay! Thank you!

Great Place to Get Away
The house was great and accommodated 6 of us very comfortably. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. We didn’t use the pool but I’m sure it’s nice in the summertime.

Beautiful home!
Beautiful spacious home! Love the location close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Pool is so nice!! And lounging outside was so nice. Kitchen is beautiful and spacious with all the fixings you need to cook up something yummy! Love the grill. Great home.

Fantastic house, great location!
Where do I begin?! The house was awesome, beautiful, clean had a pool and outdoor bar! Walking distance to restaurants/bars & grocery store. Great location in a nice neighborhood. Owner was great to deal with. Not enough room to say all the nice things that could be said. Would ABSOLUTELY rent this house again in Vegas!
