Corner unit on 11th floor with expansive 180 degree south & west views of the Gulf of Mexico from wrap-around deck. No high-rises or other buildings next to our view makes this unit one-of-a-kind! Enjoy direct views of the gulf or bay from every room not to mention panoramic sunsets! Master with king bed, deck, jacuzzi tub & shower, and direct gulf view. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and adjoining deck. Large pool, well-equipped gym, tennis courts, grill-pavilion, boat ramp and dock. Perfect for families, couples, snowbirds. No pets.

Views of the Gulf, bay and Ono island, combined with direct beach access to the wide, powdery sand are just some of the features that make this location special . Large living area adjoins 3 sets of sliding doors opening out onto the spacious decks and views. Kitchen is fully-equipped and great for cooking! Each bedroom has access to a deck and is equipped with a flat screen TV, WIFI is provided.

Enjoy "the best sand in the world" right at your doorstep, great fishing, relaxing at the pool with spacious sun deck, and hanging out at the condo to soak up the beautiful panoramic views!

Great stay
It’s a beautiful spacious condo, nice complex, lots of restaurants around and beautiful views from every side. We greatly enjoyed our stay!! Hope to be back next year.

The listing does not do this place justice! It was so beautiful and the views were gorgeous. It was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Wonderful Week
This condo was awesome. It was clean, very roomy and well stocked. I'm allergic to mold so I was a little concerned about the comments from June, but there was not any. Of course it is a condo at the beach that many visitors use, so there is work that constantly needs to be done. But overall, it was an awesome condo... and I've stayed in many down there. The owners communicated well and we were very happy with everything overall. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Great location, well stocked kitchen
We were very impressed with the condo - the location, the amenities, and the kitchen was well stocked (more about that later). Some of the furnishings were a little worn, and the towels had detergent marks/fading on them, but really, in the grand scheme of things that wasn't our priority and wasn't a detraction for us. We're just not that type of sticklers for perfection. I only mention it because, you know, some people might frown upon that. Whatevs. We were thrilled for the location, especially the patio for morning coffee, the pool was fantastic, and check in/out was so smooth. Seriously, it was a great time. Now, more about that kitchen. We've stayed in places that claim to have a "fully stocked kitchen" but you get there and there's always something missing (hello, where's the spatula?!?). This place had everything and it felt like we were staying at a friend's house because there were spices and coffees that previous guests had left behind. Someone had even left can coolies, so it was like you were in a friend's kitchen. It was just great. If we ever get back to the beach, we'll absolutely stay here again.

your place needs a deep clean and make over and declutter
The check-in was difficult and we called the owners to clarify, they did call the confused front and resolved this issue. There is mold in the master bath shower and ceiling, the carpet has stains on them, and the sliding glass doors' metal brackets portion on the bottom needs to be cleaned. The bathroom showers all had mold in them. Even the light switches were dirty. Great view you need to put some money in this place and deep clean, paint it, replace carpet and fix broken cabinet. clean the tile throughout and pictures. De-clutter the walk-in pantry so it can be utilized during a week's stay. The new refrigerator showed up unannounced while my 17-year-old daughter was there alone. We canceled our outing for the day to return and be present while refrigerators were emptied out and a new one was replaced. Then we had to put our food in coolers as it took 24 hours for the Refrig to cool down. We texted the owner and inquired about the refrigerator and the response was apologetic and I was supposed to call you yesterday.

This is a family-owned condo that has been part of our extended family for over 30 years. We have made many wonderful memories here and hope that you will enjoy the space, the views, and beautiful stretch of beach just as much as we still do!

Why they chose this property

Relative to many places along the panhandle coast, this spot on the beach has a low density of guests/ people. Even during peak season, you will always find a spot on the beach to enjoy your own space. It is a laid-back, low-key community with a building that is very well maintained throughout the year. Management is on site, should any maintenance issues arise during your stay.

What makes this property unique

Spacious pool area with expansive patio space. Gorgeous stretch of white powdery sand awaits you at the end of the short walkway between the pool and beach!
