8250 Sandpiper Cove. Adoreable rental
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The suite is a studio suite, with a king size bed. . It is very nicely decorated and updated with shiplap and a lovely very large shower stall. Corion countertop with an extended counter with 4 counter stools. The unit was very clean and most of all the appliances a person would need, except for a kettle. And the toaster should definitely be replaced. The only complaint was that a rep of the owner came by when she heard there was a problem and said the counter electrical plug would be fixed within the week and that didn’t happen while we were there. It was quite inconvenient as we had to plug the toaster and our own kettle into the plug on the floor.

This property was great for me an my wife. It was a very short walk to the beach. The condo was clean and ready for our stay upon arrival. There was no issues during our stay

It was nice except when the air conditioning broke. The advertising said 1 minute walk to the beach that was wrong. It took longer to go to the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting from Sandpiper from sometime but this time the condo seemed very dirty. We asked for the cleaning crew to come back or give us some rags because there was oil all over the floor. They did and remopped and the rag was completely black after mopping like it had not been mopped in a long time. The walls had food and dirt on them. Overall, I am disappointed in Sandpipers cleaning team.
